WHM Setup

- If you get an error your
first time trying to login, that's ok simply hit refresh (F5),
and you should be brought into the WHM Configuration Utility.
- The defaults are normally
fine. However you should enter your own contact information
as you go through the setup. This setup bascially consists of
you clicking Next a few times, and providing general information
about the server. Hostname: something.yourdomain.com
(A hostname bust look like the above example)
- Once done go into "Edit
Setup" on the left side.
- Everything up until "Default
cpanel theme" should be set fine.
- Default cPanel Theme:
We reccomend x2 or x
- Hostname: something.yourdomain.com
(A hostname bust look like the above example)
- For your own nameserver
setup click here
- Click Save
Click Change Hostname
on the righ hand side.
Verify it is what you inputed when you configured WHM, and
what you used when you Edited setup. If it is not the same
change it and press Change.
